Neat.com Return Policy?
The Return Policy of Neat.com is as follows: If a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase in any way, they may cancel the subscription for a refund. This is in accordance with the Refund Policy. For the Neat Software Free Trial, customers have full access to Neat’s Software for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date that they activate the trial. As for the Shipping Policy, purchases from The Neat Company will be taxed using the applicable sales tax rate for the customer's shipping address. Electronically delivered products (electronically delivered software or services) will be considered shipped to the address provided as the customer's billing address.
Please note that these policies are subject to change and it's recommended to check the official website for the most up-to-date information.
About Neat.com Payment Method?
Neat.com offers a self-service portal for managing payments. If there is a past due amount on a current cloud subscription, the portal can be used to update the credit card details. Once the credit card information is updated, the past due charges will be applied to the updated credit card. The portal also allows users to manage their subscription and payment method. If there is a need to update the payment method on the Neat account, this can be done by logging into the secure self-service portal. Once logged in, the expiration date on a credit card that is currently on file can be updated, or a new credit card can be added to the account.
About Neat.com Prices and Cost?
Neat.com offers a primary platform for file document management at a cost of $200/year. This includes features such as unlimited file storage, data capture with human verification, expense tracking, document filtering and searching, file sharing and collaboration, and bank-level security encryption.
In addition to the base subscription, Neat.com provides two add-on services. The VIP Service costs an additional $50/year and includes benefits like 1:1 training guided by Neat Experts, a dedicated support team, early access to new features, and exclusive offers. The Automated Insights service costs an additional $150/year and offers features like import bank account activity, automatic accounting reports, real-time insights and trends, receipt pairing with expenses, and custom invoice sending.
Please note that these add-on services cannot be purchased without a Neat subscription. The prices mentioned are on an annual basis and Neat does not offer month-to-month subscription options or various tiers of pricing plans. Once you pay for the plan, you're committed for a full year. However, Neat does offer a 14-day free trial for users to test drive the service before committing to a full year's subscription.
